As an IP hub creating the future with human wisdom

Our office supports client's global business from IP point of view. We collaborate with Wiggin and Dana LLP in the United States and specialize in IP support in the United States. In addition, we have a network of patent firms, patent brokers, and patent search companies around the world, including Chinese patent firms and German patent firms.

We support licensing and IP litigations in a wide range of fields, including but not limited to the standard

essential patents regarding tele-communication-related technology and video compression technology,

semiconductor-related patents, industrial equipment, machinery-related, medical-related technology,

industry-academia-government collaboration, and strategic proposals in US litigation and supporting the

formulation and execution of intellectual property utilization strategies.

We provide intellectual property services and consultation for start-up companies in Silicon Valley, Singapore,

Hsinchu in Taiwan, Hong Kong/Shenzhen in China, Keihanna in Japan, and other places to create, establish, and

implement start-up companies’ strategy to grow, expand, and exit to achieve IPO and/or M&A.

We contribute to the local culture and economic revitalization by supporting intellectual property practices

from large corporations to start-up companies through, for example, the preparation of Japanese and

English contracts such as patent applications, license agreements, and copyright-related contracts, as well

as various types of consulting.
